This team of liars scammers hand puppets property manager (name), maintenance supervisor (name), office leasing agent (name), and their same kind puppeteers slumlords (property management), (property management), Inc based out of Lakewood, NJ are going to get sued like they've never been sued before. We all know their purging game. The most hated, the worst criminal team that ever worked here and owned this end of life teardown property. We warned them from day one we know their game. They are purging all grandfathered renters who pay below market rate. Our current rent is $1203.28, which is $1203.28 more than this end-of-life filth is worth. Greedy scammers with reputation which follows them everywhere nickel and dime renters. Property manager randomly charges late fees when people pay on time. We got charged twice in one month. When people call her to complain they are being accused of disorderly conduct. Their threatening letters will be posted on media hosting sites. Make sure to read all reviews for all of their properties. This pattern of tenant abuse and neglect is everywhere they have presence. Yes, they actually charge pennies, instead of rounding off to the nearest dollar like all previous landlords did. The property manager (name) is top tier scammer, no stranger to courts.
